A potent combination of coffee liqueur, vodka and espresso, the cocktail has gone on to become a staple in booze-based establishments around the world. Like most cocktails of its ilk, the drink was initially served in a classic Martini Glass. In recent years, however, many bartenders have switched to the Champagne Coupe as their vessel of choice. The shallow bowl of these saucers makes them less prone to spilling than their more angular cousins, while still providing a perfect platform for striking layered cocktail creations.
